2 cups Coconut Milk
2 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Dash of Cinnamon
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well. Add additional sugar and cinnamon to taste if not sweet enough.
Pour in popsicle molds or separate Dixie cups
Freeze and Enjoy!!!
