6 sliced white bread ( toasted )
1 cup zouka's homemade syrup ( look for the recipe)
1/2 cup chopped fine pistachio

(The Cream Filling)
1 qt Heavy Cream
1 cup Whole milk
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 tsp rose water

©.In a large pot add all the cream filling ingredients and whisked all together. On a medium heat stir the mix with a wooden spoon to dissolved. Do keep stirring until the mix is thicken like pudding consistency.
Bring a baking glass tray size 9 x 13 . Pour some Syrup in the bottom place the toasted bread and line it on top,add more syrup over the toasted bread. Pour all the cream filling to cover the bread.
Sprinkle the pistachio on top. In fridge to cool. You can add more syrup if you like.
