Ingredients:  
2 small curd cottage cheese, 2 dry cheese, green onion, salt/pepper. Dough: 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 1 stick butter (i use Imperial)

Directions:
Mix cheese mixture together. I do mine in a colander so all the water can drain out of it. Mix flour, then butter, then egg together to make dough. Roll out with flour on wax paper, use a fork to make indentions around the perrugi. Boil for 3 mins, freeze or fry up with some butter!
