Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Large Pork Roast or Boston But
Rinse and season with salt and pepper
Bake at 350 degrees
Sweet & Sour Sauce
1/2 c apple vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c Texas Pete Hot Sauce
2 c of ketsup - cook on low heat until smooth
Should taste tart, tangy and sweet

After Roast is done - allow it to stand for 10 minutes - Pour sauce over meat
Cover tightly with aluminum foil
Allow to marinate over night
Serve the next day
Can be sliced cold, or warmed
Good on sandwiches also
