1 cup fin flour
1 cup fin farina
3/4 cup clarified butter or unsalted butter room temper
3/4 cup powder sugar or regular sugar
1/2 cup pistachio, whole
dash of salt
piping bag and 1/2 inch tip pip.

In a large bowl blend butter and sugar until pale color add the farina and flour mix and rub by hands until smooth and combine. Cool In the refrigerate for 10 min,
Use a baking sheet place waxed paper, mix the dough and spoon the mix in a piping bag fitted with a 1/2 inch tip pipe make a small rings of the mix on the waxed paper after filing the try. Place the pistachio to the ring.
Preheat Oven on 350º degree. Bake for 15 min or just slightly pink.
Do not remove from the pan until it's cool.
(You can make the ring by hand Or you can make a different shape too.)
