8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 sour cream
Crumble 4 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese
2 chopped scallions.

Stir cream cheese, heavy cream, and sour cream until mixed, but lumpy. Crumble Maytag blue cheese then add to cheese/cream mixture. Top with scallions. Chill.
