3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbs oil for browning chicken pieces
Seasonings for frying chicken.
1 pkg tortilla chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 - 2 cans Rotel Salsa
2 cups of Mexican style shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Sprinkle favorite seasoning on chicken cubes.
Heat oil in skillet and add chicken.
Stir fry until done. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add soups and Rotel Salsa. Stir well. Gently stir in 1/2 half bag of tortilla chips. Top with 1 more cup of tortilla chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
