CAKE INGREDIENT
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1 envelope instant vanilla pudding
TOPPING INGREDIENTS
1 cup light brown sugar
2 rounded tps cinnamon
1 tps flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Bake approximately 35 minutes for large muffins, 23 minutes for small muffins, & 45 - 50 minutes for 13 X 9 baking dish.
Bake 35 minutes for two small loaf pans (metal)

Mix all ingredients together, pour half the batter into greased pan, spread half of topping mix on top of layer, pour rest of batter on top of crumbs and spread remaining topping mixture on top of cake.
