Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs (beaten) 1/2 c. water 3/4 c. oil 1/2 c. white wine 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional) Bundt Pan
Wine Glaze: 1 stick butter 1/4 c. water 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. white wine

Directions:Mix all cake ingredients except pecans. Place pecans in bottom of greased Bundt pan and pour in the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
About 10 minutes before the cake is done, make the wine glaze. Mix the butter, water and sugar and boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Add wine and bring back to a boil. Drizzle half of the glaze over the warm cake while still in the pan. Let it cool for 10 minutes and then turn cake out onto decorative plate and finish with remaining glaze. |

Notes: For variety try different combinations of pudding and nuts. One of my favorites is pistachio pudding/pistachios but chocolate pudding/almonds would be great too.
