1 can drained washed black beans
1 can corn drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes - original - not drained
1/2 brick cream cheese
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts - frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Simply put the frozen chicken in the crockpot.
Dump in beans, corn and Rotel tomatoes.
Cook on high for about 5 hours or until you can start to pull apart the chicken.
Shred chicken and mix.
Add 1/2 brick of cream cheese and mix

I let mine cook a little longer then make white rice to put it over
