1 packet yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water (100º)
2 T. sugar
6 c. flour
2 t. salt
3/4 c. minced onion
1 T. Canola oil
dried rosemary leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a warm bowl: Combine water, yeast & sugar, dissolve. Add flour, salt & onion. Knead until smooth. Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise until double the size. Remove from bowl and roll out to desired size (13x9). Brush with oil and sprinkle with dried rosemary to taste. Bake at 400º for 15 - 20 minutes.
