6 cups blueberries
3 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. anise
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 cups sugar
6 T.(2 pkg) dry low sugar pectin
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine berries, lemon juice, and spices, In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and the dry pectin. Mix together well. Add 2 1/2 cups of the sugar to the blueberry mix. Stirring well. Add the butter stir. Add the pectin and sugar mix slowly to the blueberries. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Skim off any foam (butter usually takes care of the foam). Ladle at once into hot half pint jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process in a boiling water canner for appropriate time (my house is 15 minutes) Cool. Store in a cool dark place for up to one year.
