4 oz. can (1 C.) ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. ground Cloves
1 Tbsp. ground Nutmeg
3/4 C. Applesauce
2 Tbsp. White Glue
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg together. Stir in applesauce and glue; stir to combine. Work mixture with hands for 2-3 minutes, or until dough is smooth and ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Divide dough into 4 portions. Roll out each dough portion to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut dough with cookie cutters or desired shapes. Use a straw or toothpick to make a hole in top of ornament. Place on wire racks and allow to dry at room temperature for several days. Turn ornaments over once a day for uniform drying. Thread ribbon through hole in ornament to hang.
