1 lb. ground round
3 c. fresh or frozen hash browns
4 slices Velveeta cheese
2 pkg. McCormicks onion gravy mix or 2 c. homemade onion gravy
4 slices bread of choice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Divide the 1 lb. of ground round into 4 equal servings. Patty and make 4 hamburgers, season with salt and pepper. Grill or fry patties to desired degree of doneness. To make the gravy you can use 2 pkg. of McCormicks onion gravy mix according to package directions or use your own gravy recipe. For the hash browns: heat medium skillet with vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Place 3 c. of hash browns carefully into hot oil and fry to your desired liking, turn potatoes only once (you may also bake the hash browns in the oven if you prefer). After everything is cooked, l place a burger on top of one slice of bread of choice, top with hash browns, next top with cheese and then with gravy. Enjoy!
