Cake:
1 (1-lb.) box of graham crackers
2 small pkg. instant French Vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 (8-oz.) Cool Whip


Frosting:
2 squares Bakers unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. white Karo corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix the puddings and milk together; when thickened, add Cool Whip. Layer crackers on bottom of buttered 9x13-inch pan. Pour in half of pudding. Place a layer of crackers and then pour the remaining pudding mix on top. Top with a final layer of crackers; refrigerate for 2 hours and then frost.

Frosting: Melt the chocolate squares and mix well with all the ingredients. Spread over the top layer of the cake and then refrigerate.
