1 1/2 c. pecan
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch salt
confectioner's sugar
caramel sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spread pecan pieces and chololate chips evenly on bottom of pie shell. In a mixing bowl whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour the filling over the pecans and bake 50-60 minutes until set. Remove from oven and cool at least 30 minutes before slicing. Cut into individual servings and drizzle with Caramel Sauce and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
