2 Lg. Lobsters, cooked and cut into bite size pieces, season with Old Bay
1 shallot minced
4-6 oz sliced mushrooms (bella are good)
2 T. garlic olive oil
1-2 T. tomatoe paste
Chopped sundried tomatoes 1/2 c.
Seasoning or just salt and pepper
Fresh thyme
Crushed red pepper
1 jar Mario Batali Alfredo sauce
2 oz sherry or Madeira
2-4 oz white wine
1 lemon for zest and juice
Basil and Parsley for end
Parmiaggano Reg for end
8-9 oz Angel Hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente. Add pasta water and Parm.
Over med-high heat in olive oil, cook shallots, then mushrooms. Add sun dried tomatoes, then seasoning, then tomato paste, thyme, crused red pepper. Then wine and sherry and cook down. Add lobster meat for few minutes.
Add Alfredo and heat for 15 minutes simmer.
Add lemon zest and juice and more pepper. Finish with basil, parsley, Parm.
Serve over Pasta

If don't have Alfredo sauce can use heavy cream 8 oz, butter 1 stick, and a bit more wine to make sauce. Add more Parm to this one.
