1-1/2 pounds oat flour
1/2 pound rice flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp salt
3/4 pound raisins
1/2 pound butter
6 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1-3/4 cups soymilk (plain)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and shape into scones or muffins. Cook at 400 degrees until brown.
