1 1/2 cups Oil (canola or corn)
2 cups sugar
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 can pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix oil, sugar, carrots,nuts and eggs
2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda,and cinnamon
3.Gradually add to oil and sugar and mix altogether
4. Pour into a well greased and lightly floured
bundt pan
5 Bake @ 3:50 for 45minutes to 1 hour depending on oven

This is a recipe that I had since I was a kid. I loved making this cake it was so moist and delicious
