Iron skillet spray with Pam
Pillsbury pastry shells (pie crust found in the dairy case)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 cups of apples sliced and peeled
6 to 7 tablespoons of flour
1 stick butter (not margarine)
cinnamon
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples. Mix apples with dry ingredients. Place one shell in bottom and up the sides of skillet. Add dry ingredients. Place sliced pats of butter over the top. Place other pastry shell on top of pie. Pinch the edges of pie shells together to close. Bake at 350° until golden brown and bubbly. Brush top of pie with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
