Crust
ingredients
3/4 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup pecan pieces

Filling
2- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
one large Cool Whip

Topping
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
caramel ice cream topping

Directions:

Crust
Melt butter and mix with flour. Add pecans. Press in bottom of a 9 x 13. Bake at 350° for 25 min. Let cool completely.

Filling
Beat cream cheese with sugar, add Cool Whip and spread over crust.

Topping
Melt butter in skillet. Mix coconut and pecans in butter and brown slightly. Spoon over filling and drizzle with caramel topping. Refrigerate.
