1/4 c .butter
1/4 c. shortening
2 egg whites
1 lb. confectionary sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and shortening and blend well with egg whites and sugar and add vanilla. Can be stored in sealed contrainer in refrigerator for up to one month.

We make a large batch of frosting for the holidays and add food coloring as needed to frost holiday cookies.
