5 pieces Tilapia fillets
1 butter flavored cooking spray
1 cup(s) almonds finely chopped
2 tablespoon(s) milk
1 egg beaten
3 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse thawed fish in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Coat a rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray.
2. Place chopped pecans in a shallow dish. In another dish combine milk, egg and mustard. Dip Tilapia in milk mixture, turning to coat and then roll in almonds to coat. Place Tilapia on baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Bake 12-13 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges, and serve.

This recipe originally called for catfish and to use pecans instead of almonds. I switched things around a little and it came out pretty good. The nuts do have a tendency to clump together after putting the Tilapia dipped in milk mixture, but you can take a fork and kinda smire the clumps onto the tilapia.
