4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c white wine
1 c. milk
1 box (12 oz.) mushrooms
2 eggs
3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
flavored bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken overnight in milk and egg mixture. Next day, shake chicken pieces in flavored bread crumbs. Saute chicken in butter until brown. Layer chicken, cheese and mushrooms in a 8 x 13 inch pan. Pour wine over all. Cover and bake at 350⁰ F.
