Ingredients:  
1 tsp. cold water
1 egg white
1 lb. large pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat water and egg white with a whisk until frothy. Mix well with pecans. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well with pecans. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225º for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 cups.
