1 baked and cooled pie crust
Approx 3 cups fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Fill baked pie crust with approx 3 cups fresh blueberries. In a saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thickened. Cool slightly. Pour on top of fresh blueberries. Refrigerate until cool. Top with a few more blueberries if desired.
