Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 package cream cheese (12 oz)
2 packages grands biscuits cut in half.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray (Or coat with butter) Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon and set aside. In a sauce pan, melt the butter and brown sugar over low heat, stirring well; set aside. Cut the cream cheese into 32 pieces. Cut each biscuit in half, and flatten slightly with fingers. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each piece of biscuit. Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon sugar (about 1/4 teaspoon) onto the cream cheese. Wrap dough and seal around the cream cheese. Line the pan with prepared biscuits. Spoon melted butter and sugar over the biscuits, and top with the remaining cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 50 minutes, or till the biscuits are baked through, and the sugar has turned a dark brown, but not burned, color. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is adapted from Paula Deen's Gorilla Bread recipe. I wanted to use my 9x13 inch so every piece would get a crispy sugar crust on top. Nuts can be added to the bottom before you add the biscuits, and then sprinkled over the top as well, if you like.
