Oil for grill
2 T. Sriracha
1/3 c. honey
2 lbs extra large shrimp (16 ct per lb)
Salt and pepper
bamboo skewers soaked 1 hr

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill pan to high. Oil grill.
Assemble kabob using 2 long skewers through shrimp. Season with salt and pepper or seafood seasoning.
Grill until opaqaue 2-3 min.
Flip then brush liberally with glaze and cook another 3-4 min. Brush with more glaze and serve
