2 containers of Tofutti nondairy cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened plain soy milk
1 T. vanilla
3 T. Dutch cocoa
1 nondairy dessert whip, unwhipped
less than 1/3 c. coffee-flavored liquor
1 T. instant coffee, dissolved in 2/3 c. hot water
2 bags lady fingers(7 ounces-about 70 cookies)

Put cream cheese, conf. sugar, soy milk, and vanilla in bowl and mix until thick and smooth.
Divide mixture evenly between two bowls. Add 1 1/2 T. cocoa to one of bowls and mix. Whip dessert whip on high for 4 min. Evenly divide between both cream cheese mixtures and fold in with a spatula. In a glass cup, whisk dissolved coffee and liquor. Add enough boiling water to equal 1 cup. Pour into a wide bowl.
Start layering process. Prepare a 9x13 glass dish. Dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture and place in a single layer in dish. Spread 1/2 of the white mousse over the ladyfingers then spread half of the choc. mousse over the white. Place another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers over the choc. layer and repeat the white layer and choc. layer. Place in freezer at least 1 hour before serving to make it easier to slice.
Sift 1 1/2 T. cocoa over the whole tiramisu. Slice and serve cold.
