1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
2 tbsp worstershire salt
1 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
6-7 lb beef brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Make a dry rub with salts and sugar. Mix wet ingredients and spoon over meat. Wrap tightly in foil and put in a ziploc bag. Soak over 2 nights. On the third night, bake in foil at 250 overnight. Reserve liquid and boil for sauce. Unwrap put on smoker with mesquite chips for 2 hours. Add BBQ to liquid use as is. Let sit for 15-20 min and slice.
