2 pkgs. Yeast
1 1/2 C. Warm Water
2 T. Shortening
1 T. Sugar
1 T. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Salt
4 - 4 1/2 C. All-Purpose Flour
1 Egg, Beaten
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Yeast in warm Water. Add Shortening, Sugar, Olive Oil, Salt; mix well. Stir in or Mix in with stand mixer Flour a cup at a time until ingredients come together; Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Let rise in bowl in warm spot; punch down and shape into two round loaves. Place loaves on greased baking sheet and lightly cover to rise a 2nd time until nearly double; carefully brush tops with beaten Egg and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds. Bake in preheated 400º oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
