5 Large Red Potatoes Peeled and sliced into rounds
2-3 Whole Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Flour
4 Cups Water
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
Salt, Pepper and Oregano to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Take the whole cloves of garlic and pierce them with a knife in a few places. Heat up the olive oil in a large pot and put the whole cloves of garlic to brown. Once brown take out and put to the side. Put the flour in the oil and mix to make a paste. Now add the water, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oregano. When this mixture comes to a boil add the potatoes. Cook for about 20 minutes.
