1 tsp. prepared Horseradish, optional
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped, optional
1 Egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 C. Bread Crumbs
1/3 C. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Add the horseradish mixture and mix well. Add the bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.
Place the mixture into a 1-pound loaf pan.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar and Dijon Mustard together. Pour ketchup mixture over the top of the meat loaf and spread evenly,
Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes.
