½ Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Salt and Pepper both side. Be Generous.

Place in pan with the FAT side up. Make sure the pan is tightly sealed with a cover or foil.

Bake for 6 hours at 300 degrees.

To serve: Scrap off the fat layer on top. Shred the meat by
use a fork and go across the grain to pull it apart.
