10 soft taco shells
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
3tbsp butter
3tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1packet of taco seasoning
chopped enchilada vegetables of your choice(red, green pepper, onion)
1 (4oz) can diced green chilles

Directions:
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan.
*Mix chicken,vegetables,taco seasoning and 1 cup cheese. Roll up into tortillas and place in pan.
*In sauce pan-melt butter, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add broth and whisk until smooth. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
*Stir in sour cream and chilles. Don't bring to a boil because it will curdle the sour cream.
*Pour over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
*Bake 22minutes and then under broil for 3 minutes to brown the cheese.
