1 pork roast
3/4 box beef broth
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
chopped onion
garlic
flour or corn tortillas - your preference
TOPPINGS:
Cilantro
Sea salt
Lime
Sour cream
Red onion
Cheese
Tomatillas sauce (recipe included in the book)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the toppings in the crock pot and let the pork cook for 6-8 hours or until when fork inserted pork pulls apart easily. Pull pork apart and place in dish. Fry or bake the tortillas until warm. Add pulled pork and whatever toppings you like to a tortillas. These are so easy and so good. We eat them with salsa, guacamole or tomatilla sauce.
