3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 T sugar
3 cups buttermilk
6 eggs
7 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix in all the liquids, except the eggs.
Separate egg yolks from egg white.
Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
Gently fold egg whites with other ingredients.
Fill Aebleskiver holes with batter.
Turn the Aebleskivers over with skewer as it bubbles.
They will be golden brown when done.
Sprinkle with powder sugar and serve with your favorite jam or syrup.
