4 pounds pork spare ribs or country-style ribs

Sauce:
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF.

Place spareribs or country-style ribs in roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 2 hours.

While meat bakes, mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl. After 2 hours, remove aluminum foil, spread sauce over meat and bake, uncovered, for another hour.
