Saltine Crackers
1 C Butter
1 C sugar
Large bag chocolate chips

Directions:

Line a 15 by 10 by 1 jelly roll pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick spray.
Place saltine crackers, salty side up in pan. In saucepan boil butter and sugar for 2-3 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Bake for 4-6 min. Remove from oven, top with chocolate chips. Let chips melt a bit, then spread evenly over top. Cool completely and break into chunks.
