4 pork chops
2 Tablespoons olive oil
4 orange slices, optional
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 can beef broth (10 1/2 oz) or beef bouillon dissolved in water
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoons orange juice
1 Tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chops in olive oil in large skillet until browned on both sides. Place orange slices on top of each chop and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Mix beef broth and brown sugar together and add to skillet. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Mix orange juice and cornstarch until smooth. Gradually stir into other ingredients and cook until slightly thickened.
