2 to 3 pound boneless pork loin cut into 2 inch-thick slices
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red (cayenne) pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper

MUST MARINATE OVERNIGHT.

Combine all ingredients, except for meat, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer five minutes. Pour mixture over pork slices in shallow dish. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

Drain pork and save marinade for basting. Grill 20 to 25 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
