One 9" pie crust - unbaked
3/4 c sugar
3 T flour
5 fresh peaches, peeled and cut
3/4 c whipping cream - unwhipped
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º. Have unbaked pie crust ready in 9" pie pan. Stir together the sugar and flour. Spread 1/2 of sugar/flour mixture over the bottom of pie crust. Place the sliced peaches on top of the sugar/flour mixture. (I don't slice the peaches too thin). Sprinkle the remaining sugar/flour mixture over the peaches. Pour the cream on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Cover the edges with foil (remove the last 10 mins of baking time).
Bake 15 mins at 450º. Reduce oven temp to 350º - bake 30-45 mins longer. Cool.
