3-5 lb pork roast
1 C. drained canned peaches
1/3 C. Ketchup
1/3 C. vinegar
3 T. soy sauce
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 t. garlic juice ( I just use regular garlic)
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
rice

Directions:
If putting in crockpot mix all ingredients together and pour over frozen pork roast and cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. If cooking in the oven: bake roast at 350º for 3 hours. Pour off fat and pour sauce over roast and continue to bak for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serve over rice
