10 carrots
1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots and drain. Make sauce with flour, spices and milk. Layer carrots and cheese in baking dish. Pour sauce over the carrots. Sprinkle bread crumbs as desired on top. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
