2 c. whole milk
1 c. sugar
2 T. butter
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz) carton cool whip
2 baked pastry shells
grated German Sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add 2 c. milk and bring to a boil. Beat 3 eggs. Add small amount of hot mix to eggs while stirring constantly. Add egg mixture back to pan. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from head and add butter and vanilla. Let mixture cool and then stir in 2 cups cool whip. Pour into pie shells and top with remaining cool whip. Finish by sprinkling shaved chocolate on top.
