6 slightly beaten eggs 1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt 1 qt. milk scalded
1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, and salt. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Pour in to custard cups, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in a pan of hot water for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
