2 chicken breasts, cooked
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup and 1/2 c. cheese. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the package. Place 1/2 stuffing on bottom of a greased 8x8 dish. Spread with chicken mixture. Top with remaining stuffing and cheese. Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes. Note: Add chopped broccoli to chicken mixture for a complete meal.
