1 thinly sliced Vidalia onions
1 stick butter melted
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
14 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Stir together onions, sour cream, spices, cheese and eggs. Pour in pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350º for 45-60 minutes.
