1/2 cucumber (about 3 ")
onion piece- 1" by 1/2" size
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cucumber sliced very thin (unpeeled)
sandwich bread

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumber half and chop fine. Chop onion fine and mix with cucumber. Drain off excess juices. Add in softened cream cheese, mayo, salt and lemon juice.
Lightly butter slices of bread, spread on cucumber filling. Cut each bread slice in quarters. Top each with a thin slice of cucumber and garnish with a tiny dot of red or green pepper jelly.
