6-8 Pork Chops
6-8 sliced potatoes
2 lg onions, sliced thin
Seasoning salt
Garlic salt
Black Pepper

Cheese Sauce
1 stick of butter
1 lg box of Velveeta Cheese, sliced
1/3 c, flour
1/2 qt. milk
1 pkg shredded cheese or your choice
Seasoning salt

Black pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Melt the Velveeta cheese and butter together, then add the flour. Blend the three ingredients together, then add the milk in stages until the sauce is blended and begins to thicken. Stir often so it does not burn.

Place one layer of pork chops, potatoes and onions in a baking dish. Add seasoning to taste. Pour 1/2 the sauce over the mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake in a 400º oven for 1-1 1/2 hours, or until meat is cooked through.
